Vacancy
As a Client Executive & Strategic Program Manager at Anderson MacGyver, you are at the forefront of shaping long-term partnerships and driving strategic transformation across industries. Your role combines business development, program leadership, and industry development. You serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating complex challenges into actionable strategies and guiding digital and IT programs that create real business impact.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships, initiate and lead large-scale transformation programs, and steer teams toward outcomes that matter. You bring a sharp strategic mindset and the ability to build momentum — whether you’re managing a steering committee, co-developing an industry playbook, or helping a client navigate uncertainty. You’ll also contribute to the growth of Anderson MacGyver by developing new business opportunities, tailoring proposals, and expanding presence in your focus industry. Through your strong network, industry insight, and collaborative approach, you’ll help shape the future direction of both client engagements and the firm itself.
You’ll be part of the Dutch Salesteam, together with eight other Client Executives who perform a leading sales role within Anderson MacGyver. Each Client Executive is responsible for their own designated industry. You meet with your team members every Friday morning during the Sales meeting, but otherwise work mostly independently.
If you thrive on building real connections in complex environments, love switching gears without losing focus, and can bring clarity under pressure, then this is a job for you.
Working week
On an enjoyable working day, you plan two new client meetings, close a deal over lunch and extend a key program. The work is demanding, but on days like this, deeply rewarding. You feel the momentum building, both for your clients and for the firm.
On a challenging working day, you are overwhelmed with emails, complaints and urgent calls. As the tension builds, you’ll find yourself having to mediate between parties and ensure continued cooperation.

Working at Anderson MacGyver
Anderson MacGyver is a management consulting firm operating at the intersection of business and IT. We advise executives and senior management on designing and executing digital strategies, building high-performing business and technology organizations, and selecting and implementing smart data and IT solutions tailored to their objectives. Based on clear concepts, we know how to deliver practical results. The results are not limited to advice; we also take responsibility for the realization.
The Anderson MacGyver team, consisting of approximately 50 people, is a close-knit group of both senior and junior professionals. Our culture is focused on engagement and development. We organize weekly sessions, workshops, quarterly days with all the countries and an annual teambuildingtrip abroad. We value the family feeling in our organization, where team spirit is of high importance. We are pragmatic, authentic, and passionate about what we do. We mainly work as a team in projects and interact with each other in a transparent, informal, and collegial way. With focus on content and results, we challenge each other and love direct communication.
Apart from working on projects, we are continuously developing. We constantly look for market developments that are potentially valuable for our clients. Furthermore, we have an IP-based culture, which means that we continuously use and develop our intellectual property based on academic research, market insights and our practical experience. Every Friday we organize an Interactive Friday: a day when we all get together in our office to share knowledge, inspire each other, and think about new developments in the market, our services, clients, and projects. We continually develop our individual knowledge and abilities to become better consultants and people; this is key to our sustainable performance. Every consultant at Anderson MacGyver has a unique set of talents that can be explored and strengthened. This is supported by Talent coaching, the competency model and our training curriculum.
As a fast-growing scale-up with ambitious goals across Europe, our mission is to set the global standard for data and technology decision-making by 2030. Through a focused buy-and-build strategy, we are building a strong foundation that enables sustainable growth and positions us as a key player in the international market.
